Well, spring has certainly sprung, with a welcome change in weather across much of Australia. Wherever you are travelling or enjoying the warmer weather, I hope you’re having a wonderful start to spring.
On Tuesday 1 September, the Annual Report was circulated to members electronically. For members who do not have access to the internet, a copy will be mailed to the last known address recorded on our database.
If you would like to request a copy of the Annual Report, please contact NHQ and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
Links to the online voting portal have also been distributed. If you have not received your voting link, please check your spam or junk folder, as some email providers may direct the voting email there rather than to your main inbox.
A very important date to remember is 5pm, Wednesday 7 October 2026. This is the deadline for all votes submitted online, electronically or by hard copy to be received.
Of course, if you are attending the AGM, you will have the opportunity to vote at the meeting.
If you are unsure about the motion being put forward or would like to better understand what the Board of Directors is seeking to achieve, I strongly encourage you to contact your directors. As your elected representatives, they are available to answer your questions and provide clarification.
